Laser Cutting: Our production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting machines that can accommodate high-volume part processing. Janev Engineering has three Fiber laser cutting machines: 6 KW Durma , 10 KW OREE, 12 KW OREE.

Bending: Our bending machines allow the fabrication of parts in large quantities and repeatability and achieve accurate results for each part. We have an extensive tooling to perform different types, depths and lengths of bends.

Welding: Janev Engineering offers various welding processes including MIG, TIG, spot and robotic welding of ferrous and stainless steel.

We weld with high quality equipment from proven global companies such as ESAP and LINCOLN.

Robotic welding: the investment in robotic welding has allowed us to increase our capacity and offer consistency in quality when producing serial parts.
We also offer spot welding in the execution of various types of complex products.

Turning: We are equipped with CNC lathes and can offer quality turning of various metal products. The vast experience of our team helps us to offer our customers quality products, fast turnaround times at competitive prices. We have a 4-axis CNC turning centre for machining medium sized parts.
With one setup of the material, the machine can perform turning and milling machining. Our turning machines: WEILER, INDEX and two pieces of HARRIS.

Milling: By means of the 5-axis CNC milling machine we can machine parts of different types of materials: steels, aluminum, brass, copper, etc. Our milling machines: DMG, OKK, Chiron and HARRIS.

Assembly: Our dedicated assembly team has extensive experience with both smaller parts and large and complex structures.

Quality Control: Our quality control department operates to established international standards and according to our customers' requirements.
